The room was wonderfully decorated and I had a perfect and generous breakfast. A wide array of good food, I truly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating, helped to choose cafés and restaurants. The location was stunning and incredible with the train station minutes from the accommodation. Café River Cafe Firenze located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

I appreciated the location, which was magnificent and stunning in the city center of Florence. There was L'osteria di Giovanni minutes from the hotel. I booked romantic budget room with decoration like a palazio.

It's great to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment. - the staff is superbly friendly. I hope this meets your expectations!
